The practitioner that saw me, Ms. Alejo, was done in less than 10min and I felt heard, respected and cared for. I asked for some sunscreen samples and got some pretty nice product. “My experience having mohs surgery was a first. All the nurses and doctors were very professional and informative. It’s a long process which is why my only complaint was the waiting room situation. For such a busy practice with mostly senior citizens, this room was way too small for the number of patients being treated. Elbow to elbow is not acceptable especially with flu and Covid season on us. As a retired doctor who had solo practice this arrangement is not wise. I hope management addresses this ASAP.“
