I was called into the exam room even before my appt time. However, once I got to the room I had to wait about 30 minutes before being seen. This was very unusual. Most visits I wait just a few minutes in the exam room. They must have been extra busy that morning.

Wait time in waiting and exam rooms was too long. Patients expect to be examined within a reasonable time from the appointment time.If any expected delay patient should be advised in waiting room.Appointments should be scheduled according to time allotted for procedures.

Dr Goodless is amazing! I grew up in south Florida and I’m of Irish decent, crazy I spent everyday outside. So I did a lot of damage to my skin being in the sun. I’m always a bit apprehensive about going because it’s uncomfortable for me. Both Doctor Goodless and his staff make you feel very comfortable! He has got the best bedside demeanor, and he has a very incredible sense of humor! Love this place! The Doc, and the staff!
