I went in to have surgery on my nose due to skin cancer, the nurse Will was very informative on how the whole process was to go, he noticed the look of concern on my face and immediately went and got his boss Pete. Pete thoroughly explained what was wrong and how there were two ways of handling my situation. He totally brought it down to a level that my husband and I could understand which made it easier to decide the best course of action for my situation. Both Will and Pete are amazing at their job, I really can't thank them enough for taking a very stressful situation and making me feel at ease going through with my procedure. I would highly recommend them!.

We have been trying to get my wife's prescription filled for the last 3 weeks.She has now been wothout it for a month and a half. Our insurance states that they need pre-authorization, but the office isn't returning thier calls or faxes. This is unacceptable.Edit: I have spoken to Cindy the Medicial Assistant. She has begun to take care of this for us. Thank you!Edit 2: We have gotten a resolition for our issue. The process for preauthorization is difficult, but has finally been handled. We appreciate the managment and staffs assistance with this.
