I went there cause I had a spot on my face. I was so worried about it! When I arrived, I had troubles filling out a form, and the office people guided me through the process. my name was called I was taken back a sample of my skin was taken and right away. It was tested. They told me I had basal cell cancer on my face so I made an appointment for the next step. at this appointment, I met the Doctor who has a wonderful personality made you feel comfortable! Everyone was so caring! They have the smoothest running office I've ever experienced all of them really make a great team of coworkers.
I used to go to this practice few years back. Dr. Scott Schlauder was great. He was very caring and it takes his time to listen to you. Bc of my previous experience, I recently decided to take my son to his office. I have to say that I'm going to look for a new provider. Office staff is terrible and offer mediocre services. They have no idea what are they doing. They are unable to provide you with proper and clear instructions, most of the time they cannot give you an answer to your questions, they send your prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy all the time (no matter how many times you specified which pharmacy you use), apparently there's only one medical staff that deals...read full review
