We had several people give us estimates, but Carlton explained our options, and he was willing to work with items we wanted to keep and change. We really wanted to keep our marble backslash. The other companies explain that they couldn't guarantee that it would stay in place. Carlton said he would personally help my husband remove the countertop in order to protect our backsplash. “We did a total tear-out and renovation of our Kitchen. Our Designer did a fabulous job on the layout and helping us with product selection. Our Installer was incredibly detailed and did a perfect job on the installation. The cabinet company made a minor error on the Sub-Zero control panel which Central Kitchen and Bath promptly resolved. And, we had a minor issue with the cabinet pull on the dishwasher. They sent a Service Technician, literally about an hour after I called, who fixed the problem.
