Abraham (Abby/ Ah-b) was meticulous! He was such a professional. Trimmed to perfection . He also kept his workspace clean, and cleaned up after the job. The finished product is fantastic! Communication was excellent regarding arrival time, etc. Such a pleasant experience. He is truly an asset to your company. Had a wall bed with bookshelves and a pantry installed. Pantry photo is pre backsplash install.

This is my second experience with Closet Factory and again, very pleased. The designer, Ms.Ileana Fajardo has been so pleasant to work with and has given much needed guidance and has provided Great alternatives when the price was higher than i could swing. The installer, Abisahim ("Abby"), was very kind and professional and went beyond the call of duty to make sure the job was neat and secure. He paid attention to detail which I REALLY appreciated. Because of work, i had to let him in remotely and he worked 3 days in my house and i would arrive in the evening as he was wrapping up. No issues at all.
