Honesty integrity and cheerful planning and problem solving are included in a deal from the Casselberry location. Some miscalculation or mistake was made in my initial bill. Someone on their side caught the mistake that meant I should get about a 50 or $60 refund, it was a couple weeks after I paid, I probably wouldn't have noticed. They called me to tell me of the error and that I'd get the refund.
I had some extra trim pieces I didn't need. They cheerfully took them for refund (less the restocking fee...but that's understandable)
I've been remodeling for years and years. I recommend their office highly!“
