“I cannot say enough wonderful things about MD Now Urgent Care on Santa Barbara Boulevard in Cape Coral. Since January 2026, I’ve been treated there several times for an ongoing sinus condition, and every visit has been consistently outstanding.

A very special thank you to Ashley Williams, PA. She has cared for me on multiple visits, and each time she has been compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen, performs a careful examination, explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and never makes you feel rushed. During my most recent visit for eye irritation related to my sinus issues, she carefully evaluated me, discussed the possible causes, explained the treatment plan, and made sure I knew what symptoms would require additional care. That kind of attention and reassurance means so much when you’re not feeling well.

The entire MD Now team deserves recognition. Everyone—from the front desk to the clinical staff—is friendly, professional, efficient, and welcoming. The clinic is always spotless, appointments are easy to schedule online, registration can be completed before you arrive, and I’ve consistently been seen quickly.

“I would like to acknowledge Cynthia Reichelt, APRN! I received the best care from her. This was the 3rd place I visited in a week before I finally got someone who treated me properly and I was able to get better within days when I suffered for a week. I am exposed to international travelers daily. My immune system is so overworked. Typically even when I get a virus it always turns into a secondary infection (bronchitis). Unfortunately, this has happened since I've been young and usually I need antibiotics. I know when I need antibiotics and nobody seems to care that I know my body better than anyone else. Thank God for Cynthia! I literally couldn't breathe and I felt so defeated after all the other visits.. she knew how to treat me and actually listened to me and my medical history. I wish she could be my primary doctor! I had the best experience here. They were fast and courteous! She did end up recommending a primary at that location so hopefully he will be as good as she was. “Very friendly receptionist at check in. Nurse who took vitals was great, very nice & sweet! Doctor that my son had to see was great. We had a very short wait time because they were not busy that day. Would definitely recommend & go there again.
They even called the next day to make sure that my son was feeling better. Great place & environment for help while on vacation.“
