I would like to acknowledge Cynthia Reichelt, APRN! I received the best care from her. This was the 3rd place I visited in a week before I finally got someone who treated me properly and I was able to get better within days when I suffered for a week. I am exposed to international travelers daily. My immune system is so overworked. Typically even when I get a virus it always turns into a secondary infection (bronchitis). Unfortunately, this has happened since I've been young and usually I need antibiotics. I know when I need antibiotics and nobody seems to care that I know my body better than anyone else. Needed to go to urgent care as a walk in this morning, so I arrived right when they opened. I was checked in, had tests done, got results, and checked out within an hour. My provider, Greg, was very helpful and nice, & made sure I had the medication I needed sent to my pharmacy asap! Very happy I came here staff is very kind.
The place was not crowded when I went, and I was able to check in quickly and easily. I don't think I waited more than 15 minutes to be seen, and probably left within an hour. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and I have no complaints.
