Our AC unit, installed by Signature Air, is not even a year old in our brand-new home, and we’re already dealing with serious issues. After calling another reputable HVAC company for a second opinion, we were told that the unit was improperly installed and overfilled, which has caused unnecessary problems and expenses.

I attempted to contact the owner of Signature Air — we spoke once, but after that, he completely stopped responding and ignored all follow-up calls. The lack of professionalism and accountability is incredibly frustrating.
