My smaller central AC unit bit the dust in early July and we spoke with multiple companies about repair or replacement. Coastal offered the best deal on a new unit and also offered estimates on repairs. When asked if the repair was actually viable, almost everyone said no -- but Tim was honest and explained that the repair was an option but not a long term solution and the unit would be back up and running (other companies told me it wouldn't work at all). So right off the bat, he was honest. The price was fair, the service was excellent, and his team came out and got the install done in a day. Outstanding service for the second time. Power surge fried my blower motor house was in the 90s called for service tech was there in less then an hour diagnosed problem returned with new motor and was up on running on a couple of lhours.Super friendly service and very reasonable price for sure. Had an issue last year and called it was fixed within the hour.
I noticed our house was getting hot. Called a friend who recommended Coastal Cooling and Heating. Tim came out right away today and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes! Highly recommend! Great experience!!!
