I lost my air conditioner blower fan on Thursday. (hurricane day). Istachatta Heat and Air came out, diagnosed and ordered part. Yesterday I had my air conditioning back. I am so grateful for such prompt service.
Lost cooling in my upper floor a/c unit. I figure I go with a local mom and pop business, and I am glad that I did. Within 1 hour after calling for the appointment. Mr. Charles was at my house diagnosing the problem. Within 30 minutes, I had A/C again and fully functioning. Charles did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. Charles even gave some extra advice on how to keep the drain lines unclogged. Based on today's results, I will be using Istachatta Heat & Cooling for future maintenance and repair needs. Overall great guys and quality work. I believe they are under new ownership so there will be some growing pains, but nonetheless they knocked it out. Called around 5pm, pretty much close of business for them, so it's awesome they not only answered but also showed up without excuses. I was told a tech would be out ASAP. They said a call or text would be sent but never did, but they did show up in less than an hour..so zero grips there (rather they show up then receive a text saying they're not coming).
