He was courteous, attentive, listened to my concerns, and performed a thorough inspection pointing out several possible entry points that other pest control companies had missed. I highly recommend Rodent Solutions for those hard to find spots. Dane provided several photos of the problem areas - and while our particular case falls outside of their service area (ours will require roofing experts) he offered to follow up after that work gets done. We 've called Rodent Solutions in the past and they are always helpful & professional. Definitely worthy of your business!“

He texts ahead to make sure it's a good time and always arrives within the promised window. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and my dogs love him - what else do you need to know? He was the the reason we chose Keller's initially, and his exceptional customer service has turned us into loyal customers.-------We just moved into a new home, and were looking for pest control as a precaution. We received several quotes and I’m glad we waited for our estimate appt with Keller's before committing.Randy was polite and responsive from our first interaction. He came and walked through the home and gave his best recommendations followed by an extremely reasonable quote. I thought I would need to schedule our first visit, however, he was prepared to provide service immediately. I'm pretty sure I know what happened in the other review, someone had inadvertently introduced German roaches into a commercial business and the boric powder (left in place for a long weekend) was the best way to get rid of them quickly; we also opted for this treatment after we had attempted to get rid of them ourselves for a few months and it worked great.“
