Dane came out to perform an inspection and estimate for us today. He was courteous, attentive, listened to my concerns, and performed a thorough inspection pointing out several possible entry points that other pest control companies had missed. I highly recommend Rodent Solutions for those hard to find spots. Dane provided several photos of the problem areas - and while our particular case falls outside of their service area (ours will require roofing experts) he offered to follow up after that work gets done. We 've called Rodent Solutions in the past and they are always helpful & professional. Definitely worthy of your business!

WOW ! What a great company to deal with. I was expecting a pressured sales pitch and what I got was a thoughtful and thorough inspection of my house looking for rat entry/exit points. Ian spend a good hour looking for evidence of rats but found none. Looks like they are getting in through the buried sewer pipe. He charged me nothing for this inspection and left his card in-case we need him back after we get the sewer issue resolved.James, the owner, responded to my request for service within 12 hours of the request. I will definitely be contacting RSI if/when I need them. Thank you very much !
