“Update 1 year later:Keller's service has kept our home bug-free while keeping the humans and pets safe.Our technician Randy has been amazing at every visit. He texts ahead to make sure it's a good time and always arrives within the promised window. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and my dogs love him - what else do you need to know? He was the the reason we chose Keller's initially, and his exceptional customer service has turned us into loyal customers.-------We just moved into a new home, and were looking for pest control as a precaution. We received several quotes and I’m glad we waited for our estimate appt with Keller's before committing.Randy was polite and responsive from our first interaction. He came and walked through the home and gave his best recommendations followed by an extremely reasonable quote. I thought I would need to schedule our first visit, however, he was prepared to provide service immediately. He also made sure to apply treatment in a way that was safe for me and my husband, as well as our Bulldogs.He left only after giving a thorough explanation of the work performed and what we could expect moving forward.Obviously, I can’t yet speak to the effectiveness of the services provided.
