Reviews
I like the service and my technician. Prompt, courteous, and effective. I wish they had email access and gave a warning when price was going up. They raise price repeatedly without warning. I always am $3 to $5 dollars behind.
They are personable & walk you through every step of the way. Their employees are like friends to their clients. We know the same friends will be helping us year after year. That speaks volumes. Not a high turnover rate. This means Hughes is good to their employees & keeps them happy. We especially appreciate Ron who helped get our house tented for termites & held our hand through some scary things, Brian who keeps our bugs away each quarter & Brittany in the office who has helped us through many questions & relates well to her clients.
