This company is FANTASTIC! First let me say how great it is to call a company and have someone local answer the phone and assist you! I live in orlando but my mom who lives in Miami was very sick and I was very worried. I called this company around 5pm and a wonderful girl answered who was super helpful and very compassionate about my concern for my mother. She quickly found me a nurse who could go to my mom home that evening! Within 2 hours my mom had an IV and was on the road to recovery! All other companies only had online forms to fill out and only showed availiblity for next day service. My husband and I had the best experience with IV Concierge! They had immediate availability and nurse Amber was absolutely wonderful! She was an extremely skilled nurse and provided us with excellent care! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I called one day before the 4th of July, 3hr later a Nurse arrived and took care of me and my father. Before he arrived I requested over the phone a smaller gauge I.V needle for my father because he is older and bruises easy plus harder patience to find a good vein.When Nikolay arrived he was prepared per my request with a smaller I.V. needle and with one attempt had my dads I.V. started and was on to me. I have been doing I.V. for about 15 years so I am not new to a good or bad experience. Nikolay/Nurse was very professional and also had me plugged in quick and painlessly.
