Terrific experience! When we needed Covid testing and everywhere was booked, we found Quality Care. Scheduling was easy and it was a relief that they came to our home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nurse Michelle was fantastic, she came a few times and the results were quick. Everyone we dealt with was professional and they all truly cared about us.
Initially I was having trouble arranging for a Wuhan-Covid-19 test at my local pharmacy where I conduct all my business. Frustrated with the on-line procedure and failing again and again, I went to the store, reported my dilemma, but was told everything must be done on line as they were not set up to make in-store appointments.Thankfully and fortunately, I came across Quality Health Care - So. Florida Covid Testing in Boca. I called the location and rather easily scheduled a date and time for a test with a proficient staffer. When I arrived at the rear of the site, as explained in the directions given along with necessary documents needed, I was promptly and professionally greeted. My docs were reviewed and electronically recorded into the system by the on-site staffer. Everything was handled there and then and in a matter of minutes I was quickly tested and told my test results would be on line by midnight.I logged into the system at 5AM the following morning but there was a glitch in my data entry. I immediately called the office, as I was told to do if a problem arose, and left a message. Later, the staffer who made my original appointment called me back, indicated what had happened on my end, said the problem was cured, and my report should be in my e-mail box. It was exactly as promised!I can't say enough about the timely service, not only how patiently and thoroughly we were treated and prepped for the test, but how smoothly everything ran.Am I please with how everything turned out? You bet I am and I'm giving them and their staffers my gratifying stamp approval and offering my opinion of customer satisfaction...
