Geriatric Care Manager, Leslie, is very caring and knowledgable about skilled and nursing care management. She is very passionate about her job and advocates fiercely for her patients. If you have an elderly parent or spouse needing care management, I highly recommend Leslie. She will go to bat for you and your loved one.
