“The office was clean. The employees are happy and friendly. The vet was good. She got on the floor with my 2 fur babies. They were great with options of services and cost, loved this. The tech was great with them. My only complaint is the the vet left it to the tech to give my babies their shots. We left happy until it was not ok. They cried out in pain if I touched their bottoms, went to help then into bed or up the ramp to the sofa. They were limping and in a lot of pain. They are finally getting better today, but it was a scary weekend with my babies not able to walk and run and being in pain. They did not want to eat or be loved on. They cried. This broke my heart. This is the first time we have experienced this. Sad to say that I will no longer bring them back. But they are my priority. Thank you.“

“I was looking for a place to take our Europeon Doberman, who is full of energy and needed playtime with other dogs. One of the ladies at our Vet referred them. “I was referred to Boyette Animal Hospital by a trusted friend. Once I established them as my dog Arlo's go-to veterinarian I needed a refill for anti-inflammation medicine. This required follow up blood work to ensure it would not cause other problems. Fast forward, because I was leaving town I was on a short leash and needed the prescription pronto. I wanted to compliment Tony who took my call near closing time for her professionalism and patience with helping me get my prescription filled. One Year Later - 2/9/2026 - Arlo had annual check up. All thumbs up. Dr. Audrey gave me a calorie plan to follow with Arlo. I had no idea how many calories were in Arlo's snacks. Corena was my tech for Arlo, she is really talented. The whole staff is so opposite the Vet franchises. Again, I am sticking with Boyette Animal Hospital!.“
