Shampooches is a welcoming business that provides excellent grooming services. The staff goes above and beyond to ease pet owners' worries and make their dogs feel comfortable. They are accommodating, fitting in last-minute appointments, and do a great job leaving dogs clean and happy. This family-owned business builds strong relationships with customers and their pets. Customers praise the "extremely great customer service" and the staff's ability to make first-time dog owners feel at ease. The grooming team is described as "super experienced" and they even provided services without charge. Customers also appreciate the cute bandanas for their senior dogs. However, some have noted that the prices have increased over time.
These ladies did a fantastic job on my 3 dogs who can be unruly when being handled. And, they took them in with less than a 14 hour notice.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. They have truly perfected their craft. It is refreshing to work with professionals who are not only talented artists but also incredibly knowledgeable about our pets and their unique needs.
What sets them apart even more is something that seems rare these days—genuinely personable and caring staff. Every interaction is a pleasure. Their team is joyful, kind, and always makes us feel valued. I genuinely look forward to our appointments because of the positive experience they create.

I have been taking my five dogs to Shampooch for grooming for about three years. They do such a fantastic job, especially with the deshedding. My dogs love the ladies there. They get so excited to go to the groomers. Shampooch is so thoughtful with their banquet of treats your dog can pick from after their wonderful, unstressed grooming session. And they provide free nail clipping in the mornings. What I really love about Shampooch, Is how they really care about the dogs and take the time to be involved with them to give them the one on one attention they need. They are the best!!!
