My pup Bo and I are new to the area and I have been looking for a trustworthy place to bring him to. I had an unexpected trip come up and was able to get a suite reserved for Bo quickly and easily. The staff was so comforting from the moment I dropped him off to giving me a call after his first day to update me with how he was doing. I can tell the staff really care for all the dogs they have, and I was at ease knowing my dog was well taken care of while I was gone. Having him in the suite with camera access gave me another element of comfort as well, every time I was thinking of him I could just take a look and see he was doing just fine! Our girls love coming here! We started at puppy palace over 6 years ago and have enjoyed all of the staff and care that they provide to our two goldens! I appreciate the attention they have for them and wouldn’t know what to do if we didn’t have this place for them!
We love coming here to get our puppies nails cut. He even spent a week here over spring break. It was really nice to have the cameras and the doggy daycare to keep him entertained. The staff are all very friendly, patient and helpful. So thankful to have this gem in our community.
