About Brandon Puppy Palace
Brandon Puppy Palace offers daycare, grooming, and boarding services. The staff is friendly and greets dogs by name. Customers have praised the attention given to their dogs during boarding, noting that staff promptly addressed any concerns. While some customers appreciated the quality of the grooming service, others felt the time spent at the groomer was excessive for older dogs with health issues.
Customers have expressed their satisfaction with the facility, stating that their dogs absolutely love it there. The dogs are able to swim and play while their owners are away, and they come home tired. The staff is described as great and reassuring, and customers feel confident that their dogs are well cared for. The facility also offers the convenience of having dogs' nails clipped or groomed while they are being boarded.

Our girls love coming here! We started at puppy palace over 6 years ago and have enjoyed all of the staff and care that they provide to our two goldens! I appreciate the attention they have for them and wouldn’t know what to do if we didn’t have this place for them!
We love coming here to get our puppies nails cut. He even spent a week here over spring break. It was really nice to have the cameras and the doggy daycare to keep him entertained. The staff are all very friendly, patient and helpful. So thankful to have this gem in our community.
