Animal Medical Center

The Animal Medical Center is a trusted and welcoming veterinary practice that treats both pets and their owners like family. They are an AAHA-accredited facility committed to providing the highest standards of comprehensive wellness care for pets. The staff is described as extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and gentle with animals. They go above and beyond to ensure pets feel safe and comfortable, even offering treats to earn the trust of new patients. The clinic is kept clean and has a nice decor, creating a comfortable environment for both pets and owners.

Clients praise the veterinarians' expertise, with one noting their dog's health issues were properly diagnosed and treated after other providers failed to do so. Customers also appreciate the staff's kindness and the options of services and costs available. Many have decided to make the Animal Medical Center their pet's primary care provider due to the exceptional service. The staff's caring attitude is especially evident when they get on the floor with pets or handle them gently, making visits less stressful.

However, some reviews mention concerns about certain procedures. One pet owner shared a scary experience where their dogs cried out in pain after shots given by the tech and were limping afterward. Although the pets are now recovering, the owner felt the pain was too much and expressed that they would no longer return. Despite this, many customers feel their pets are in the best hands and are grateful for the compassionate, professional care provided by the team, including efforts to save pets' lives in critical situations. Overall, the Animal Medical Center receives glowing reviews for its warm, professional approach to veterinary medicine.
