“This place has been perfect or nearly perfect for me for the last five years. I have only gotten dress shirts cleaned there and a few minor denim alterations (shortening length). Once or twice I have had sports coats cleaned there. They have gotten food stains out of shirts and have never damaged anything of mine. Buttons have fallen off and they sew them on for me whether I point it out pre- or post cleaning. I felt compelled to write this because there are so many negative reviews of this business and my experience has been stellar.“

On a recent Saturday when my order was not ready by promised date (due Friday), I was informed that their laundry facilities were closed with no personnel on site and no way of retrieving the clothing until after Tuesday, I was very distressed. But Susy, the store manager, immediately promised to do her best to help me. She came through. She contacted the business OWNER who then went personally (after hours, on a Saturday) to their main laundry facility, located the order and drove it to the shop where Susy was waiting for me to pick up.
