As a tourist in Miami, it was the first time we were doing laundry here. The storeowner was very polite and helpful. He helped us purchase detergent, he chose a small washer for us, and showed us step by step how to operate the machine. He made a mundane chore into a pleasant experience! Highly recommended. The chick that worked that was kind of evil but it’s probs just her personality but not expecting good customer service from a laundromat lol. We’re Australian so just brushed it off and don’t even bat an eyelid.
