“I’m giving them 5 stars because of how Brian handled a situation. The Situation: My first time using their service someone removed a temporary hem that I put into the pants (admittedly not the biggest of deals; minor nuisance) but the second time I used them not only was one of my designer work shirts (that I got on sale) damaged but the cuffs were not scrubbed clean. I sent Brian photos and he apologized profusely. He offered to cover the cost of the shirt and I was doubtful that he would because I had bought a set of 4x$120 at The Men’s Warehouse. This man went to the store and replaced the exact same woven shirt in my exact size. I was floored. No one does that. Most places would blame you for the damage and send you to hell. I got furloughed from my job and no longer have use for dry-cleaning but when I do I’ll use this service again.“

“I brought in a brand new white shirt that had a mysterious small brown stain. When I picked it up the next day it was gone like magic. I purchased some Gucci loafers through Poshmarc and the shoe dust bags were stained, possibly for years. I wish I had taken a picture before hand but once again they got them stain free and back to mint! They seriously look brand new. I don’t know what kind of special soap you use in the back there, but it is the best! Also both times they had my order ready next day. The prices are very reasonable for dry cleaning and tailoring. I’ve lived here for 8 years and this is by far the best dry cleaner in the area. Ask for Erica, she is one of the super sweet and friendly staff members who work here.
