“I had a hole in my duct that was unknown to me. It was causing my electric bill to get out of control. Rob came out last week and diagnosed the hole for free (quote). He did an amazing thorough job with photos to show me what was going on with my ductworkamazingly. Fast forward to today (3/17/2021), TJ and Ethan came out and were humorous and professional about it. They got the hole patched up with L-shaped pieces creating a coupler of sorts. They also applied Mastic to the metal in the return ductwork to seal the hole up. The whole time my kids were running around and being kids and they didn't mind. Great conversationalists and professionals. Would definitely recommend them in the future and use them in the future!“
