“IM=X is the best! I did Pilates many years ago, but there weren’t any studios around here until South Shore opened. When I started coming in February, I was having lower back pain and I could tell my posture was getting worse. 5 months later, I have no more back pain, my posture has drastically improved and I’m stronger than ever! (Back pain and better posture improved w/in weeks) I would highly recommend Pilates to everyone, but esp if you want low impact, strength training.
