“An 80-pound German Shepard Dog, even if he is friendly at heart, can put fear in people and other dogs who don't know him. On day two, when I walked into the room and saw five dogs sitting on their beds quietly and not getting off, I was surprised to see my GSD among them. I knew I had found what I was looking for. I had done the puppy training and the basic training. I even did an online training. Nothing was like the Dog Wizard and our trainer, Deirdre. She was knowledgeable, caring, and patient (more with me) yet firm when needed. Her experience made her a natural at training our dog. She was even better at training me and explaining to me all the things about dogs that I thought I already knew. It was fun and a great learning environment for both me and Sage (our GSD). What made it even better is that at the end, I was told there are support classes twice a month that we were invited to for life. Can't get any better than that! I strongly recommend Deirdre and the Dog Wizard to make you a better dog owner and your dog a better friend.“

“I was referred to Boyette Animal Hospital by a trusted friend. Once I established them as my dog Arlo's go-to veterinarian I needed a refill for anti-inflammation medicine. This required follow up blood work to ensure it would not cause other problems. Fast forward, because I was leaving town I was on a short leash and needed the prescription pronto. I wanted to compliment Tony who took my call near closing time for her professionalism and patience with helping me get my prescription filled. I also was really impressed with the TJ, the manager for her professionalism, responsiveness and effectiveness. I highly recommend Boyette Animal Hospital.
One Year Later - 2/9/2026 - Arlo had annual check up. All thumbs up. Dr. Audrey gave me a calorie plan to follow with Arlo. I had no idea how many calories were in Arlo's snacks. Corena was my tech for Arlo, she is really talented. The whole staff is so opposite the Vet franchises. Again, I am sticking with Boyette Animal Hospital!.“

“Fabulous, Caring, and loving environment for your cat! We were so impressed with A Country Cat House we would never go anywhere else. Our cat was happy to be home and is eating well after a nine day stay. In previous places which were dog oriented our cat Blu would come home traumatized, would not eat for days, and would cost us hundreds in vet bills. Not the case here. Patty and Bonnie are so kind and hardworking to give you peace of mind while away by sending photos and sweet messages about your cat. At home BLU has full reign of the house so we were thrilled she got some time outside the three story condo overlooking the outside with trees and birds to watch and not a wall like other places. They have TVs and aquarium condos for cats also! ? Staff and environment are fabulous!“
