The issue with this pet care center isn't the pet care. Dr. Fox and his associates are top notch. The older woman who runs the front desk is absolutely RUDE. You walk in and immediately you get the feeling that she is angry. Multiple times I've brought my dog and cat in having an appointment and had to wait over 2 hours. I also went to Petmeds.com to get my dog's heart worm and flea medication. Petmed's tried for over a month to get Fox and Frends to contact them so I can get the meds by dog needed. When I contacted this Vet, they responded "we don't fax to Pet Meds anymore, you can pick up your prescription here at the vet office". I explained to them that they don;t have to fax anything but all they needed to do was to make a phone call. The reason why I went to Pet Meds is for the medication to be delivered to my door as I work during the day and they close at 5pm." They said, have Pet Meds call us again and MAYBE we'll make an exception. RUDE...RUDE...RUDE. I don't expect evry place to be perfect, but my goodness there is no reason to be rude to their devoted customers. That woman at the front desk needs to be replaced or she needs medication to be a little more friendly to their paying customers.

Called and was not a client. They got me in immediately. Vet tech was great and also the veternarian was great. Cost was lower than what I thought it would be. Very gentle and informative as he examined her.

I've been using this Vet for 7 years now and I love Dr. Fox. He is caring and kind. Now the only reason I gave 4 stars is because the majority of the time you are sitting in the waiting room for an hour. But the worst part is the receptionist, let's just say J. She is no joy to speak with. When I called a few times to make an appt. her tone was short and irritated as if I was bothering her to make an appointment. She even had a sarcastic scoff when I asked what days were available for a later than 8:00am appt.. On another occasion she yelled at me in the office in front of people when I asked how much longer ( I had been waiting an hour) to see the Dr.. She said loudly and rudely, there are emergencies that come up and I'll just have to wait. Granted, I can understand emergencies BUT she did not have to humiliate me....making me feel like crap and actually considering changing my vet. The only reason I continue to go here is because the Drs. and nurses are so wonderful to my pets. And I want my pets comfortable with familiar people.
