Truly fantastic customer service and fast, accurate, seamless, and fairly priced work. They came in and saved the day when another AC company closed down in the middle of a repair job (rusted out evaporated coils). The other company took parts out that rendered my system unusable, and Max Cool were quick to act, giving me lots of options. Jay and Ana are always a breath of fresh air to talk to when you call in, always a pleasure to speak to. The installer Jason was awesome, he really made sure everything was done right, and even went through the trouble of lugging my new unit up the steps when our elevator was out. Would highly recommend!!!

Excellent experience with Max Cool Air Conditioning! Especially Derrel Downey. From the start we saw that he was there to help us and not up sell us on things we did not need. He was very professional, figured out what we needed, and set everything up with the home warranty people. It was done very quickly and we appreciated that because we do not live hear full time, and it would have been very difficult to get back here in a timely manor to get it fixed. He stayed the day he came out with the parts until it was done. I would definitely recommend this company, and Darrel to use for you Air Conditioning needs, we will be using them from now on. We don't think it should break the bank for a broken A/C. If you fix it right the first time you won’t have to keep spending your hard earned money to fix it again and again.
