I highly recommend Enchanted Air. I hired Enchanted Air based on Josh's (owner) knowledge of HVAC Systems. Josh explained HVAC systems based on solid experience and statical results. I also appreciated Josh's Customer Service.
Josh is the most honest person i have ever com in contact with! He saved us thousands! I'm so glad we called him for a second opinion. Not only did he save us money, he described the whole scenario of what the problem could be before he fixed it. I have to say he is all about the customer!!
Josh and his son did a fantastic job. We just got this house and knew the A/C was old, but I guess our home inspector wasn't as thorough as he should have been. Josh explained my options, and the pros and cons of each, thorough documenting each issue and explaining it in a way we could easily understand.
A few weeks before I was scheduled to have the system replaced, it died completely. I texted Josh (too late at night, sorry Josh), let him know what was going on, and he told me he would figure something out.
