The absolute BEST HVAC company I have ever used. Response time for non working air conditioning was within hours. Unit was fixed same day with no nonsense and no upsell. I am very happy to have found Enchanted Air and highly recommend them because I trust them.
We received OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ENCHANTED AIR by JOSH and Payton. They were very professional and served us with smiles. They repaired our brother’s A/C unit. We made a service appointment with Josh and we appreciate his honesty about the problem with the A/C. The company that our brother used before was Beck / Mordern A/C who said we will need a new unit, they never said the 8 y/o unit was still under warranty. They charged us a service fee and sent one person then later that day they sent another person and they recommended a new unit. However Josh & his helper repaired the unit and their service fee and repair was much cheaper than Mordern...read full review
I highly recommend Enchanted Air. I hired Enchanted Air based on Josh's (owner) knowledge of HVAC Systems. Josh explained HVAC systems based on solid experience and statical results. I also appreciated Josh's Customer Service.
