Hampton Lakes at River Hall by Pulte Homes

Working with Pulte was 1000x better than working with Lennar in our previous home. The neighborhood is great Kevin has been phenomenal to work with regarding any items that have come up during our first year. Overall, Hampton Lakes has been a great community for my family, we are excited to see the finished product in a few years - The only feedback I can share is it kind of sucks not having guest parking and having to pay for guests for the community pool.

Ryan Pitts & Dylan Scanlon are the reason why I did not lose my cool throughout this process, especially with PGP Title ( rushing me and lying to me during closing ) There were a lot of questions that I had and from a construction stand point , Ryan stepped up to the plate and answered questions for me and even answered some additional questions that he didnt know the answer to but he went out and found them. The absolutely same for Dylan. 2 great standup gentlemen that deserve nothing but the best for all their hardwork and efforts. Long story short, if I could have my own construction / building company, id have Ryan and Dylan on my payroll , getting paid top dollar...read full review

I had my Pulte home (Florida) while I lived in Michigan. Between my sales agent (Dylan Scanlon) and builder (Ryan Pitts), never did I wonder what was going on. I had weekly updates from the builder on what was done and what the next week had in store. Their closing date was right when they said it was going to be. Dylan was available anytime for any questions, comments, or concerns I had. This is the 1st home I have ever purchased, let alone build.
