Thinking of going back to my previous primary doctor. If you are sick or not feeling well they don't schedule appointments! THEY DON'T SEE SICK PEOPLE! If you call and are concerned with your health or lab results no one knows anything. If you leave messages in the portal or voicemails no one gets back to you.. If you call patients relations and leave a voicemail they also don't get back to you. All these comments from them saying to contact patient relations is a joke.. Pretty disappointed with this office.

Funny how on their website they say accepting new patients and talking about how good they are yet primary care can't even take care the current patients they have! You call in need of an appointment and they say they don't schedule same day! Instead they schedule weeks and even months after the fact of you telling them you need to be seen and not feeling well! They never have appointments available, they never have zoom appointments or even a 5 min phone call with a Dr. Last month I called and They scheduled me for October for discomfort I'm feeling! STOP ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS AND CARE FOR THE ONES YOU ALREADY HAVE! ITS CLEAR YOU CANT EVEN CARE FOR THE CURRENT ONES!...read full review

It always takes over an hour to be checked in and seen and I never see the same doctor twice. They have so many filtering through its impossible to see my actual assigned doctor when there is a problem. I thought I'd enjoy having all of my doctors in one system but the primary care division of Christiana is an absolute nightmare!
