I had such a great experience at the Pivot Physical Therapy Brandywine Town Center location. Heather and Rich were awesome! Their kindness, professionalism, and skill helped me along in my health care plan. I would recommend this location and practice to anyone!

Staff is very friendly and attentive. I initially started with Mike but he left last year.Then I started with Scott who is also very good with what he does.Only problem I was having is contacting them to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the phone line was going to a voicemail. So I used to email the physical therapist directly and they were very responsive.I must say that in this location I've met the most experienced and helpful physical therapists compared to all my previous experiences.

I was treating plantar fasciitis and went to Pivot for physical therapy. I thought I'd do this for a couple weeks. The folks at Pivot were SO GOOD!! My foot was feeling better after each visit. After 2 weeks I determined I needed more help (and was scripted for 8 weeks). Because they made my foot feel so much better, I was glad I continued through 6 weeks. The folks at Pivot are very caring, thoughtful and want you to succeed. I recommend them highly.
