He was very thorough in his assessment and worked out some exercises for me that were easy to follow and perform. It didn't take too long before I started feeling the positive effects and benefits of the excercises. I found Jonathan to be very knowledgeable and I appreciated that he explained things in layman's terms. I have been to other PT facilities in the past but PPT is number 1 in my book. “I have been going to Elite PT in Wilmington for a few months now and seeing Kevin Griffith for physical therapy. I have been to two other places previously, Rise PT and Christiana Care PT, and Elite PT has been the best yet. Before going to Elite PT, I was scared to go for a 2-mile run because I knew my back and ribs would become aggravated and I would have to deal with the pain for weeks. Since going to Elite PT, I have been able to run beyond 6 miles again without back/rib pain and run more frequently. I don't have to take muscle relaxers or pain killers. Also, Elite PT's business model is different. While I am there Kevin is able to focus on me and my needs, and not juggle 2 other clients at the same time. Kevin's is able to focus on my dry needing and manipulation.Kevin's schedule is a huge help as well. There are days where Kevin is in the office at 6:30am. I am able to go to PT without having to take leave from work. That's a big win.“
