“The physical therapists are professional and friendly creating a great atmosphere for the patients. Alicia helped me with a couple issues, always taking the time to explain and educate with a lot of patience and respect.The facility is bright and clean. The support staff are welcoming and good at their jobs. Whenever I called I spoke to someone right away without leaving a message or going through lengthy menu options. If you need to reschedule, they keep a wait list and contact you when something is available. I never had problems finding an appointment to fit my schedule.My appointments began and ended on time and I was one on one with my PT during the entire appointment. Overall it was a great experience.“
