Every single session is one-on-one, individualized, and thoughtfully tailored to my personal goals and abilities. I’ve never once felt like I was being rotated through a PT factory with five other patients at the same time.

Peter brings a rare combination of deep knowledge, experience, humor, and heart. With his background in physical therapy, physical training, gymnastics, and health education, he’s truly a vault of wisdom. He challenges me with grace, helps me recognize my strength even on hard days, and always listens when I communicate how my body is feeling. His approach is intentional, empowering, and encouraging.

Despite being older in age, Peter’s spirit is young at heart. His sense of humor is unmatched — the kind you only appreciate if you actually get humor — and our sessions are often filled with laughter alongside hard work. He also takes the time to educate, not just treat, making sure I understand what I’m doing and why.

Peter has also been incredibly accommodating whenever Mikey joins me, and he always ensures I have the proper tools and techniques to continue my progress at home between sessions. That level of care makes all the difference.

While I don’t plan on needing physical therapy forever, if I ever do again — I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to work with Peter. He’s someone you trust with your body, your goals, and your long-term health.

Between Peter and Dr. Shane, it’s clear that Innovative Muscle Therapy attracts providers who genuinely love what they do and treat their patients like family. Both of them are absolutely invited to the cookout — and Peter already knows he’s getting the potato salad (yes, that joke).
