Sometimes I am a little itchy after but that may be from stimulation more then anything else.Can be a little challenging to find on your first visit.Plenty of parking.I don’t believe there is elevator access (I could be wrong) so maybe not great for people who can’t climb a flight of stairs.“

“My husband and I had first met Dr. Lindsay out and about at a restaurant in downtown Wilmington, and found out from her then that she has her own chiropractic and wellness center nearby. We’d mentioned that we’re new to the area, and wanted to find a good massage therapist who can do deep tissue work well. She told us about her massage therapist’s excellent skills. Last week, we went in, each got massaged by Katelyn (my spelling may be incorrect), and we loved her technique. With slow, purposeful and deep movements, her technique was just what our tight muscles needed. Clearly, she knows her anatomy very, very well. I’m super ticklish so I loved that her hands moved like lava. So relaxing!Dr. Lindsay and her staff are very friendly and professional…there’s definitely a caring vibe within her team. “I could barely walk when I first went to PPT and had multiple aches and pains (knee, shoulders and lower back). I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jonathan. He was very thorough in his assessment and worked out some exercises for me that were easy to follow and perform. It didn't take too long before I started feeling the positive effects and benefits of the excercises. I found Jonathan to be very knowledgeable and I appreciated that he explained things in layman's terms. I have been to other PT facilities in the past but PPT is number 1 in my book.
