Not knowing a single soul in there I took a leap of faith and figured it was time for a change with a new salon. And boy did I make the right decision!

My hair has always been black! I mean jet black! Not knowing that boxed hair dye can damage your hair in the long run. I’ve always wanted to change my hair to a burgundy color, and my stylist did just that! After carefully explaining every detail and warning that my hair was not going to change colors instantly or even overnight, it will take a few sessions because of the intense black box dye I had. Ana, carefully and professionally lifted my hair from jet black to a beautiful burgundy with strawberry highlights! Ana explained every details and answers all questions! It took several weeks to get it to what I would call my perfect burgundy hair color. Ana SNAPPED! She did her thing. I cannot wait for my appointment that’s coming up! One things for sure and 2 for certain, As clients we need to understand that things happen and if the stylist was willing to not only provide a refund but correct you hair what’s the problem? It takes time Sis. But let me reassure you that everywhere I go I get amazing and positive compliments! “I booked with BBKR for my wedding on 8/16/25. I received informative communication from Renee through the whole process, from the initial booking, to a trial, and finalizing wedding day details. Rachel was the hair stylist and Stephanie was the make-up artist. Both were super easy going and wonderful to work with both at the trial and wedding day. There were a few minor tweaks I wanted to make that on wedding day that were different from the trial and they both absolutely crushed it! I received so many compliments on my hair and make-up on wedding day and have received some sneak peak photos- holy moly I can't believe how gorgeous the hair and make-up turned out!
