From Nelly, the Owner, to the soft-spoken receptionist, to the Titi who washed my hair like I was in an upscale spa! ♥️I have to admit, I was extremely reluctant to make this appointmentBut, after reading so many positive reviews, I decided to give it a try.It was such a pleasure to walk in for an 8am appt and walk out before 10am. I mean, a pleasure! Now, Nelly did warn me she can't always guarantee the quick turnaround, but that her team does their best despite the busy clientele. I appreciated how Nelly listened to my hair needs and then provided natural, non abrasive hair care recommendations. She patiently explained the various hair coloring brands and answered honestly about what the product claims to do and what the product actually does. “Netta did the make up for me and my sister's wedding party. I had several changes before the wedding day and Netta was able to make those changes with no problems. She arrived to the hotel 15 minutes early, she set up her area and she went straight to work. The wedding was at 4:30pm and she had 8 faces. She was finish in enough time before the wedding to do touch ups and give the flower girls a little lip gloss. My mother doesn't wear makeup and she was so happy Netta make her look so natural. We all looked flawless. I have used her services for other events I've had and she never disappoints.
