“I had a fire and needed a total house rebuild. I contacted Spirit Building Concept, spoke with Alonzo and he came out immediately. After speaking with them I googled the company and saw previous reviews. I was a little concerned. I decided to give them a try as this was being covered by the insurance company. I found them to very professional and open about everything every step of the way. The totally rebuilt my house ($325,000) on time and within budget. During the rebuild I made changes to the plans and they accommodated them easily. I don't know what happened in the other reviews and don't care. The work was done properly, sometimes they over shared information about the process. I have since recommended Spirit Building to other family members and friends. I'm glad I gave them a chance, it was money well spent. They are my go to company for any other projects that I may have. Thank you Spirit Building Concepts for great work!!!“
“Michael with Trinity Pierce was very flexible and responsive for our small job of installing temporary wood stairs out the back door of our house. We had been ignored by several other contractors who were too busy for small jobs and one who gave an exorbitant estimate of $2500 with a straight face. Enter Michael, who had a sharp focus on resolving our need for new steps on a tight timeframe. Mr. Pierce followed through with installing the steps before my wife's surgery and even before our huge family birthday party for my children. Michael really came through for us quickly, professionally, and for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!“
