JPM Contracting owned by John Morgan. My development hired this company to do snow removal and salting as needed. For years they would say they have pre-salted and they never put any salt down, but would bill the development for services not rendered. They are crooks. Do not hire this company. You have been warned!!!

Our development hired JPM Contracting, owned by John Morgan, for snow removal and consulting services. Unfortunately, our experience has been consistently disappointing.
On multiple occasions, we were told that pre-salting had been completed prior to snow or ice events. However, we observed conditions that strongly suggested the property had not been treated as stated. Despite being billed for these services, the results did not reflect that the work had been performed.

Horrible, my parents waited for two years for them to finish the work. The owner got paid 2,000 to make a little gated deck area near their pool. This started before covid. They have been patient with him and waited for two years. He kept making up excuses as to why he couldn't come out, found out he was doing other jobs instead of theirs. They called him and threa litigation and he finally came out. Completely destroyed the deck area he just built. Cracks in the fence, wood hanging off the edge of the deck, they even cut the wood and supplies for this job on the original deck and scratched it up. He then asked for the rest of the payment and had an attitude. Just a horrible...read full review
