I have used Affordable Stucco Services of Delaware for several projects. Stucco repair, replacement windows and sliding door, and roof replacement. Each project was handled professionally, the crews were courteous, and I have been well satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this company and would happily use them again!
Chris and his crew did a great job. Compared to other quotes, his was reasonable with good workmanship warranties. We requested the front face of the house to be changed from stucco to vinyl siding matching the rest of the house. Chris went above and beyond to find the exact vinyl as what we had on the side of the house and was easy to work with when we weren't sure on design choices. Chris, victor and his team were great to work with. They did an overhaul on the exterior of our property replacing the existing siding to match our new building and their attention to detail was really amazing. His pricing was fair but his responsiveness when things came up to get it addressed quickly was truly their superpower. Very happy with what they did to spruce up our home and am just thrilled at the outcome!
