My husband and I had our kitchen and flooring done by Sundance.We absolutely love our kitchen,Dave was our main guy. He does amazing beautiful work and he truly loves his job.We love our floors but they are gapping in so many areas, probably because they sent many different guys to lay it on different days.We’ve had them out several times to fix them but got nowhere. They claim it’s from the temperatures but we don’t believe that. My husband laid the same flooring in our sunroom. We contacted Sundance Homes recently when we wanted to replace windows in our house because Sundance Homes did a lot of work for us several years ago and we were happy with that work. Eddie came out to the house, explained our options and answered our questions. He was both professional and personable. We look forward to having Sundance Homes do the work.
