“Chris and the Affordable Stucco team did an incredible job of adding new stucco to a three foot “ring” of exposed mortar and Tyvek around our house (we had asked a former contractor to remove all the crumbling mansards and replace with siding on the 2nd floor). Chris’s expert stucco crew added the proper insulation, mesh, drainage planes, etc. to blend everything seamlessly to match the existing stucco below. In fact, the stucco work was so fantastic that we expanded the scope to have them completely redo ALL the stucco in the front of the house. They also had to repair the top of the chimney and the results were spectacular.

Then their painting crew got to work and painted the entirety of the house – Chris had no problems with using multiple paint colors from both Sherman Williams and Behr, and their painting was careful and precise. They worked clean - the stucco crew was particularly careful to do a thorough clean up every day. And Chris was easy to reach by phone or text and always was courteous and knowledgeable.
