When I needed a new water heater, Peninsula Plumbing was very responsive, prompt, and easy to work with. Tommy came the same day to inspect the old water heater and make sure they had all the specifications for installing the new one. Tommy installed the new water heater the next day and was very diligent in getting the new water heater and associated plumbing correctly fitted into a tight space. Throughout, they were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of their craft. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for future plumbing needs.

We had a very good experience with Hershey Roofing and Siding. They were very professional, good at communicating, and followed through on what they promised. The crew did an excellent job. We had our roof replaced, a window replaced, and decorative metal siding added to an area they had to frame out. We spoke to other roofing companies who did not have the capability to do everything we wanted. I would recommend them and use them again in the future if we have other projects.

We called Blue Coast because they came highly recommended by a friend for whom they had done work for. I was initially impressed with how they almost always answered the phone and when they didn’t, calls were returned promptly. When we met with Will and Lola, they answered all our questions and gave us a clear, concise estimate on the tear off and replacement of our roof. It wasn’t the lowest estimate but we were so impressed by their professionalism and demeanor we chose them.
They did not disappoint. They did the work in the time they said they would and our roof looks great. Also, they were very particular in cleaning up the worksite.

Andrea did an awesome job! I came in wanting to fix the box dye that made my hair orange, and left with blonde highlights/lowlights, no brassiness. My hair very felt smooth and healthy after.

Andrew was super helpful when I was having an issue with my dell laptop - he really took his time to try and solve any issue he could but ultimately it was unfixable without mailing it back to Dell for repair. But without him I would have never known that was even an option for us!! Andrew was seriously so kind and patient and genuinely cared to help fix anything he could in his power - we will certainly be using him in the future for any tech repairs 100%!!!

This practice helped me out so much while I was vacationing in the area. I had a crown fall out, and they were very gracious and brought me in right away to assess, take an x-ray, and put it back on temporarily. All staff I interacted with were lovely, professional, and kind.

We had Lori conduct our private beach yoga sessions for my sister's bachelorette in Dewey and she was awesome. The class was fun but challenging enough and got us moving in the early morning. She look plenty of great photos of us and made sure my sister felt special. Mats and blankets were provided which made it an even nicer experience. Booking and planning the session was also incredibly easy as Lori was a timely and easy communicator.

Paul Morins Floor did great work on our floors. Everything was straightforward and handled professionally. Jen was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and stuck to the timeline we agreed on. I really enjoyed working with Anne Powell Del Vecchio. She is very knowledgeable about the local market area. In addition to creating a beautiful brochure, she went the extra step to have a 3D tour created that was available on multiple selling platforms. Her suggestion to put house on the market in December worked out. We had multiple showings everyday the first week. A contract on the 8th day. I highly recommend using her for buying or selling a home.

We are from out of state on vacation and the rental company Wilgus rentals uses this company. We were unaware that when a company leaves a bag of their linens outside of a door no matter how the weather is that you as a patron are supposed to know that they are clean or dirty. Who wants to look into a bag if you believe they are used nasty linens from the last renter with God only knows what on them. Noone not this company or the rental company that uses them let's you know they will be sitting outside and they refuse to refund you when they sit there for 2 days waiting for someone to pick them up and by that time you already bought your own supplies. Not used at all make sure you use Vacasa rentals not Wilgus or others they actually do the right thing and make the beds leave towel and linens inside that are clean and their dirty linens sit outside in a bag waiting for people to pick then up not clean ones. The owner Randy is not very understanding and kind at all.

After calling around to multiple fireplace companies closer to my home in Maryland in search for a particular piece for my fireplace, I broadened my search and had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Bill. He told me that although he did not stock it (and went on to tell me nobody does - except large online suppliers), he actually had a the piece gently used from a retrofit job he did and told me that I could have it free of charge. He sent me a picture of where it was located outside his shop and I went by to grab it. Although this was far from being expected, it’s extremely appreciated and I look forward to taking my fireplace needs to Bill and his team in the future. I’m on vacation & wanted a pedicure. First thing I liked was they accepted walk-ins. The pedicurist was friendly, very talented at doing pedicures, helpful (with color choice), & had great attention to detail. I will certainly recommend.

I’ve used this company several times to make custom cut glass or acrylic pieces for unique shaped table tops or wall decor. Every time, I’ve experienced prompt responses, clear communication about cost and timing, and excellent quality on my finished products.
I prefer to do business with an independent local business rather than spend money at big box or national corporate-owned stores. I’m always glad (and relieved) to see our local business owners keep their doors open year after year…which has become more challenging in the age of corporate competition, rock-bottom internet pricing, and the damage a few bad reviews can do…despite having satisfied customers (who don’t take the time to post like the unhappy ones do).
Satisfied repeat customer here. If I ever have a problem with this company, I’ll address it directly with the business.
Absolutely love Precious Paws Animal hospital. Both Dr Lovins and Dr. Hemenway graciously see both of my (idiotic) dogs without question (when I have an appointment)
Even my hamsters get the best vet care from Dr Hemenway. I’m never pressured to do unnecessary treatments or diagnostics: I’m told all options, matter of factly, and I choose what’s best. The doctor’s share what they consider the best treatment plan, but it is ultimately up to me.
Dr Lovins wrangled my crazy dog with her awesome tech, Sam, on a Saturday. Not neglecting any areas-even with my dog thrashing around.
And Dr Hemenway did a house-call, after hours, on a Friday night to see my dying cat. Caring, compassionate and loving toward my animals. Thank you, always
