Dr James and her staff are always thorough and friendly. Had my cleaning today and boy could I tell a difference. Dr James always engages herself with you and is detailed when informing you on preventive care.

You have a nice office but I was never refunded my $400 (for me and my husband) last year cleaning. I called my insurer and was told they don’t pay the insured they pay the Dentist office and the office pays the insured. ? This year I was told you no longer accept my insurer. My husband will need to find a new Dentist which takes our insurance coverage. Thank you. Will you look at your records and confirm the $400 refund please.

I went to Dr. James a week after a horrible experience at another office. She and her staff were very understanding of my anxiety and fear and was kind through it all. They have been just as great the next 2 visits I’ve had. I’m glad I’ve found her office. Honestly the best dental office I’ve been to!
