Fabulous sales and service. We had a pellet stove (photo) installed in our living room and electric fireplace in the basement. TFS was able to source and install in a few weeks. Bill, the technician, was prompt and thoroughly professional. He even found my prefab fireplace manual online and texted the link to me.I couldn't have asked for a better inspector and intend to use That Fireplace exclusively in the future.
