Pete the owner did everything he said he would for me. He did it within a window of weeks that he has said and I took him at his word. No excuses of "COVID" delays. I am so tired of that. Had the opportunity to work with ABC on an emergency repair to a PTAC unit on our condo in OCMD. I cannot say enough about how pleasant it was to deal with these folk. Dana on the phone was extremely pleasant and accommodating to our situation. On the day of scheduled evaluation of our unit they were able to evaluate and replace our unit same day…and at a very reasonable price! Every technician I met that day (3 total) were all friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Even had the privilege to meet the owner who was a genuine joy to be with and obviously treated his team with the utmost care and respect. Loved dealing with these guys!!! Highly recommended!!

A different AC HVAC company went to my condo and told me I needed to replace a whole unit. Your man went out there couldn’t find anything wrong with it and I’ve had a whole rental season without one complaint. Outstanding job by Spot Doctor. My office in Ocean Pines was long over due for carpet cleaning. They got up every spot I was worried about and their pricing was extremely fair. The before and after shows the major difference in this space.
Mike and his team completed a total renovation on the exterior of our home. Siding, windows, gutters, deck, and more. His team was amazing! Excellent workmanship completed in a timely manner. They are definitely worth the wait to get on the schedule. Will use again in the future for sure.
